About the Founder
Tallia Rogers founded Meda's Distribution in 2018 with a clear mission: to make high-quality medical supplies and pharmaceuticals more accessible and affordable across Grenada.
With over a decade of experience as a licensed pharmacist, Tallia combines deep expertise in pharmaceutical care with strong business acumen. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business at St. George's University. Under her leadership, Meda's has implemented innovative practices that ensure affordability without compromising quality, including:
-
Developing private-label generic medications
-
Building strategic sourcing partnerships across multiple regions
-
Streamlining supply chain management for over 300 product lines
-
Implementing comprehensive quality control standards
Tallia's leadership is driven by a mission: to strengthen healthcare delivery, particularly for rural and underserved communities. Through Meda's, she advocates for both access and empowerment—donating menstrual health products, leading health education initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation in pharmaceutical service delivery.
Her approach is informed by her participation in prestigious programs including the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and the Cornell Women's Entrepreneurship Program. These experiences have strengthened her ability to create sustainable healthcare solutions for Grenada's unique challenges.
Through every aspect of her work, Tallia remains guided by a fundamental belief: everyone deserves dignified, reliable healthcare. At Meda's Distribution, she's building the systems to make that belief a reality.
